The theme of the CI 2004 is Empowered to Witness. This theme comes directly from the key verse of Acts where Luke recalls the words of Jesus Christ Himself to His disciples. Acts 1:8 says, But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me Empowered to Witness!
